The Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) and International Road Federation (IRF) have endorsed and will help build their members’ participation in the first-ever Intertraffic North America (INA), the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) announced on Thursday.

Intertraffic North America—the continent’s first comprehensive conference and exposition to bring together suppliers and customers for the transportation construction, parking and traffic safety and management industries—will be held Sept. 27-29 at the Baltimore Convention Center. ARTBA and Amsterdam RAI are organizing the event.

CUTC and IRF have agreed to help ARTBA in developing the conference program, promoting the show with their respective members and allowing their corporate logos to be used in all Intertraffic marketing, web and promotional materials. In return, ARTBA will provide CUTC and IRF with free advertising in the event program, a link on the official Intertraffic website, credit on all marketing materials and free use of conference room space for meetings held during the show.

Other organizations that have already endorsed INA include the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health, National Association of County Engineers, National Local Technical Assistance Program Association and the Texas Transportation Institute.
